By accessing and using the Logical Fitness application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

15.2. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with UK arbitration rules.
15.3. Small claims court proceedings are exempt from arbitration.
16.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.

16.3. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your right to bring legal proceedings in your local courts under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related consumer protection legislation.
17.1. The App is currently provided as a beta version and is offered on an experimental, pre-release basis. Features may be incomplete, change frequently, or be discontinued without notice.
18.1. We may introduce optional paid subscriptions and/or other paid offerings in the future (“Paid Services”). Details of any Paid Services, including features, pricing, and billing periods, will be presented at the point of purchase.
19.1. If you subscribe to Paid Services, you authorise us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.
20.1. We may offer free trials or promotions for Paid Services. Unless otherwise stated, trial subscriptions will automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period if you do not cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility may be limited to one per user.
21.1. Features available in the beta may change when Paid Services launch. Access to certain features may require a subscription. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.
